Lindsay Lohan’s father under arrest for violating an Order of Protection. – A New York Criminal Lawyer reports the incident.

Michael Lohan has been put under arrest in Long Island, NY. Lohan had originally been arrested in April after making threats to hurt his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller. An Order of Protection was issued compelling Lohan to stay away and have no contact with Muller. Lohan allegedly called Muller this past weekend and violated the Order of Protection. Suffolk County Police arrested Lohan at his home in Medford, NY for the violation. He is being charged with a misdemeanor, aggravated harassment and misdemeanor criminal contempt of court. He was released after $2,000.00 bail was paid. Reports do not indicate who paid the bail. He will be returning back to Suffolk First District Court; located at 400 Carleton Ave, Central Islip NY 11722. A New York Criminal Lawyer should have been called in this case.
