Chris Cook’s Day in Court was March 21

Minnesota Vikings’ cornerback, Chris Cook, will have his day in court on March 21, sources say.. He has been formally charged with brandishing a firearm, which in this case is a misdemeanor.

The incident reportedly began, as the second round, draft pick was involved in a heated confrontation with one of his neighbors. While his arrest did not take place during the argument, the arrest and charges occurred after his neighbor swore out an arrest warrant a short time later.. Although Chris Cook was arrested and charged Saturday, he was shortly released on his own recognizance. The cause or content of Chris Cook’s confrontation with one of his neighbors has yet to be released.

In case many who are reading this are wondering, just how Chris Cook was arrested and charged so quickly, especially when police were never called to the scene of the argument at the time of its occurrence. The Mob, The Mulberry Bush, and The Marijuana Bust Reported by a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

The bust labeled “Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush” definitely has the characteristics of a big time organization. Marijuana and $1.1 million in cash was found and it is thought to be the profits from a money-laundering ring and even has ties to a mob. The apartment on Mulberry Street is located near part of the Bonanno crime family’s turf.

Two men were arrested last month in conjunction with this drug ring. A photo of one of these men in a field of marijuana was found in the flat and by all indications, the drugs were headed to California to fund a Mexican cocaine purchase and the rest would be shipped to Canada.

Two other suspects of the drug ring are Dehran Duckworth, a drummer in the band Narhed and a real estate agent. These criminals were caught last month with a duffel bag holding five pounds of marijuana. The bag was in a BMW, which was belonged to one of the suspects. The pot was found shrink-wrapped to help hide the odor of the pot and the other chemicals used in processing. Marijuana and Canadian Bud is a source of big bucks for the criminals involved in the drug industry.

A Long Island couple sells Heroin to an undercover police officer and is put under arrest reports a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer.

A Nassau County couple is facing multiple charges after trying to sell heroin to an undercover police officer in Lynbrook, NY. Nassau County Police report that the couple was caught with more than 100 bags of heroin. They also had approximately 1,000 additional bags hidden in their daughter’s baby bag in the backseat of their car. Their daughter was sleeping in the car at the time of the arrest. The husband is facing charges of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held on $50,000.00 bail. His wife was charged with felony criminal possession of a narcotic drug and felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was held on $35,000.00 bail. They will be arraigned in Nassau County First District Court; located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead NY 11550. The child was given to a grandparent.

A couple is put under arrest for child endangerment. It appears that they may need a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

Suffolk County Police recently arrested two people of Mastic Road, Mastic NY. The police were responding to a call reporting the two passed out on the ground. They arrived to find their three year old boy walking around unattended near Universal Church; located on Suffolk Avenue Brentwood NY 11717. The parents of the child were found unconscious nearby. The husband was charged with possession of hypodermic needle, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. The mother was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and loitering. One was held on $10,000.00 bail and the other was held on $500 bond. World of Warcraft game helps to catch a fugitive according to a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

Police have been using online gaming to help catch thieves. A fugitive had been arrested for the sale of a controlled substance and the sale of marijuana in Illinois. He had managed to flee the country to avoid going to jail. Unfortunately he was addicted to the popular computer game “World of Warcraft.” The game, made by Blizzard Entertainment, is an online role playing where the players can interact with each other while controlling their avatar in fights and scheduled battles. Deputies in Illinois received a tip that the suspect was still an active player in the game. Blizzard Entertainment gave the man’s IP address, account and billing information to authorities. Once they had that information, they were able to find the fugitive in Ottowa, Canada. Canadian authorities aided in the arrest of the suspect. He was taken back to the United States where he is waiting for trial. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Rapper DMX Enters Not Guilty Plea. If Your Goal is stay not guilty and you are charged on Long Island get a LI Criminal Lawyer.

DMX has pleaded not guilty to felony drug possession and misdemeanor animal cruelty charges.

A judge entered the plea for the musician-actor (real name: Earl Simmons) at a brief court hearing Thursday. Simmons was late for court.

The 37-year-old rapper was indicted last week on 11 counts, including marijuana and paraphernalia possession and seven counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty.
