Police have arrested the person they believe perpetrated a violent robbery on February 25, New York Criminal Lawyer has learned. The 32-year old male was taken into custody about a mile from where the crime took place and without incident a week later as he walked along a city street. The arresting officer stated that when the suspect saw the officer that he did attempt to hide his face, but made no attempt to flee from the officer. There is no charge of gun possession.

The robbery, which occurred at a local discount store, was both brutal and distressing, and the local community pulled together and contributed to the arrest. The robbery occurred at about 9:30am on the morning of February 25, when the suspect entered the market while posing as a customer. The robber then grabbed the purse that was flung across the shoulder of a 71-year old female customer. During the process of the suspect fleeing the scene the victim had fallen to the floor, which caused her to bruise her ribs and break her finger and kneecap. She remained in the hospital for several days due to her injuries, but is expected to make a full recovery. Police in The Bronx and Queens would act in a similar manner.

Police officials have told all that this is one instance where the community really pulled together. Pictures from surveillance video, eyewitness descriptions of the robber, and tips from the community all contributed to the arrest. This may be considered as normal behavior for most communities, but this particular community has, at least in the past, had the attitude that “snitches need stitches” that actually prohibits cooperation with the police. It is believed that the fact that the victim was a 71-year old woman was a factor that overcame these attitudes.

A police told a NY Criminal Lawyer that though a lot of people were frightened recently at a mall because they saw a man carrying his guns openly in the mall, he may not be liable. They think that he may not even have committed a crime.

Advocates of gun rights agreed that the man may not have been legally liable, but not because he could carry a gun in public should he have done so. It is a selfish act for him not to think about the fear that he would put in the hearts of the people who would see him. He has a duty to society to act responsibly and not to make people fear for their safety and existence.

It was the Police that told the Brooklyn Criminal Lawyer that they had received numerous 911 calls that Saturday morning about a man carrying a rifle and hand gun openly. When they went to investigate the incident, they found that the man was indeed carrying a rifle and a hand gun in plain sight, but the guns were not loaded. The management of the mall was very angry about the situation and asked the Police to remove the man from their establishment. With so many terrorism incidents taking place, the mall personnel did not want to leave anything to chance.

In Orem, Utah police were called to the scene when a man carrying a pistol and a rifle near a mall was spotted. Coming only a week after the Tucson shootings, Police responded quickly to the several 911 calls they received. They found the man walking down the street in front of the mall at the intersection of University Parkway and State Street.

Officers stated that when they found the man, he wasn’t pointing the guns at anyone. The guns were unloaded, and since he was not threatening anyone, it was determined he was not breaking the law, says the New York Criminal Lawyer. Otherwise, he would have been arrested for Gun Possession. In Queens and Manhattan, he might have been arrested.

Mall management asked that the man be removed from the property, however, and the police complied. A gun rights advocate stated that the property owners have every right to ask someone to leave their property, especially when they are business owners.

A woman was found, naked, beaten and unconscious in Miami explains a New York Hand Gun Criminal Lawyer. The body was found in 2005 near the outskirts of Miami. This was just the start of a bizarre mystery which shocked lawyers, and investigators.

The woman was rescued by police. When the lady became conscious again, she asked for a Lawyer. This may seem strange, but she was just looking for someone to help her understand what was happening.

The lady was unable to speak. She did however manage to communicate using a pen and paper. She told detectives her name and that she came from the Ukraine. The lady also informed detectives that she had previously worked for a cruise ship company. She had actually been injured and filed a lawsuit against the company.

A man and a woman were arrested by Hillsboro police department for robbing a bank. A New York Criminal Lawyer was handed a report which says the bank robbers were caught because the teller managed to slip a tracking device in with the money.

A 23 year old man and 30 year old women from Arizona were arrested and charged with bank robbery.

The bank robbers tried to obtain cash from the Sterling Savings Bank in Hillsboro. The 23 year old male entered the bank and handed a note to the teller demanding cash. According to eye witness reports, no weapons were used in the heist. If guns had been part of the heist, Gun Possession could be another charge they’d have to face. In Brooklyn and Westchester County, gun possession is a very serious crime and Brooklyn Criminal Lawyers have to be on their toes to get their clients off.

A recent series of armed robberies in the Seattle area has ended in an arrest. Using photos from an ATM as well as eyewitness accounts, police made the arrest after spotting the suspect walking along a city street. Although the suspect initially denied the allegations, his father, mother, and stepmother, all identified him as being the subject in the ATM that was using a stolen credit card in order to withdraw cash.

The man has not been named, thus far, due to the fact that he has not been formally charged in the case. He is, however, being held on $100,000 bail, according to a New York Criminal Lawyer. Police were able to effect the arrest after his parents had identified him as being the person in the ATM when they saw him and another subject walking along a city street. He was wearing the exact same clothing as he was wearing in the ATM photo. The suspect’s friend was later released.

This is not the suspect’s first run-in with the law, reported a NY City Criminal Lawyer. Over the past year, he was a guest at the King County Jail three times, but as of the end of November, he did not have any convictions on record.

He sat alone at his table for hours. His chair would occasionally rock back as the utmost in precision and care was spent at his craft. It was dangerous work, the kind of work that if it goes wrong there are truly disastrous consequences. And so he worked alone, isolated from the world, until it was time. And at that moment, having written his masterpiece, he went to the post office and deposited his work: bombs. Bombs set to go off and kill innocent civilians. And according to a New York Criminal Defense Lawyer he’s known today by one name: the Unabomber and now, if you want, you can sit where he sat, eat where he ate, and sleep where he slept – that’s right, the Unabomber’s house is for sale. Gun Possession is often charged in Nassau and Suffolk Counties to get people like the bomber off the street.

Sure, living in an isolated tract of land in the middle of nowhere Montana (is there any other place in Montana?) may not sound appealing, but for less than seventy thousand dollars you can own a piece of American history – at least, that’s how the real estate agent is selling it in the ad that has been placed, notes a NYC Criminal Defense Lawyer. The land is mostly ripped free of the original shack, but there still remains a few walls and a roof. A tree has been spray painted FBI, which could make for an interesting conversation starter.

It is said to be an excellent location for hunting and fishing, but one suspects that it’s ideal for writing.

The suspect in a Brooklyn murder may already have his case decided for him – the slaying was caught on video surveillance. He was caught in all the way up in Albany, after weeks of searching.

The 20-year-old suspect was identified as the primary subject of interest shortly after an 18-year-old man was shot to death on April 17. A camera showed the suspect riding the elevator with the unsuspecting victim in a building in Brownsville at around 7:30 p.m. that evening.

The victim exited the elevator and the suspect, who had previous brushes with the law regarding weapons, drew a silver pistol and followed him into the lobby, police sources informed New York Criminal Defense Teams.
