The Meatpacking District’s Apple store thought that the security on the computers, which tethers the laptops so that thieves can’t simply walk out of the store with a display model. Most computer and other electronic stores have the products tethered to a permanent stand and most assume that the security in place in the stores is fool proof.

The twenty-three year old suspect should be looking for a Long Island Criminal Lawyer sooner than later. Basically, he grabbed a two-thousand dollar MacBook Pro while in the Apple Store on West 14th Street near Ninth Avenue on a lazy Sunday afternoon. And with the suspect’s general lack of respect and lack of humor, he will need a Long Island Criminal Lawyer like the ones at Steve Bilkis and Associates.

Regardless of where justice comes from, the heart, heaven or the criminal justice system, sometimes believing that justice will be served is the best way to cope with the loss of a loved one. A mother of two boys, a seventeen-year-old and a seven-year-old, discussed how her husband was shot while their oldest son watched. She believes the criminals shot the man after he refused to lie down on the ground. His wife believes he did this in order to prevent the murder of both he and his seventeen-year-old son

Apparently the would-be robbers approached the father and son demanding that both men lie down on the ground. The seventeen-year-old did as he was told but his father remained standing. His widow believed he did this thinking that if they both were lying down the men in possession of a weapon and demanding money would just shoot both of them and that by not lying down he was at least saving the life of his own son. The man & his wife had been married nineteen years.

Two men have been charged with the death of the landscaper who came to the United States from El Salvador fifteen years ago. Another suspect is also being sought at. The alleged gunman pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and first-degree attempted robbery. This criminal said he shot the man because he would not lie down. He was being held without bail and ordered to return to court next month. Another suspect, an eighteen-year-old, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. This suspect was found with a bullet in his pocket that matched the one that killed the El Salvadorian father.

A deranged woman, a distraught father and ex-husband and an extremely confused grandmother all try to make out the details behind the supposed murder of an eight-year-old boy. They could use a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer. The father, who lives across the country, said he thought that the grandmother of the child had identified the little boys body. However, he learned after 48 hours that the little boy’s body remained in the medical examiner’s office without a proper identification. The mother is suspected of the crime in which the child was apparently fed ground up prescription medication.

The mother, who is now in a psyche ward, had emailed a relative indicating that there was a problem. The police burst into the home only to find an incoherent mother babbling. And, the mother also left a suicide note suggesting that more information could be found on the computer. Obviously the crime lab has the computer and will be examining it for further information. Drug Possession was not an issue here.

The Law Firm of Steven Bilkis and Associates with its Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer could help a young father determine what and why his ex-wife would commit such a horrible crime. The autopsy was inconclusive and the child’s father who was distraught said the woman was a good mother and he couldn’t imagine why she would do such a thing. The father was also decidedly upset that his son was left unidentified when obviously relatives much closer to the family could have made the identification. He was planning to make the trek across the country to identify the little boy and hopefully gets some answers while planning a burial.

This particular problem started with a simple accident. A drink was spilled and from there, gun-wielding ex-cons, bouncers and plain-clothes police were ruling the Norwood Palace Sports Bar in Cypress Hills. The deejay said it had been a great party until about 3 AM and he saw the man spill a drink. He immediately went back into the deejay booth and listened as shots were fired. It’s hard to imagine that a spilled drink could lead to such chaos and recklessness but if you or someone you know is in a situation where you need a New York Criminal Lawyer, Stephen Bilkis and Associates specialize in the criminal field and can help you.

Kevin White whose family claims he was once a bodyguard for Mariah Carey and P.Diddy say he was only doing his job. However, he was seen on surveillance video firing a gun inside the crowded bar. Once the bar was full of chaos, a nineteen-year-old Donovan Wilson shot a security guard who was fortunately wearing a bulletproof vest and wasn’t seriously injured. Once NYPD burst in the door, they encountered Wilson waving a .25-caliber handgun.

Once Wilson engaged officers by pointing a gun at them, the officers opened fired. He was hit in the chest, elbow and leg. In the meantime, other officers were busily cuffing Wilson. But, the night wasn’t coming to an end this easy.
