The number two train can be a dangerous place, much like any train that houses a man wielding a weapon. Charges against the man are pending but two other men are already in custody but charges have to be solidified. The arrest of the first man came four short days after the two victims were stabbed report a Bronx Criminal Lawyer.

Detectives at the Sixth Precinct station house are holding the suspects in this brutal stabbing, but authorities are not giving details of how the men were found. One group of men already on the train was headed toward Brooklyn about 5AM when another group of men boarded the train says a BrBronx Criminal Lawyer. The two groups exchanges words and then one man apparently hit another accidentally when tossing some trash toward a set of closing train doors. The fight began over something as simple as missing a trash can and two men, both 24-years-old were fatally stabbed report New York Criminal Lawyers.

The attacker and several of his friends exited the train at the Christopher Street station but the investigation has been difficult. The station is not equipped with surveillance cameras, which renders a big problem with security surrounding the subway system.

A man left his bike, ran inside an office building for a pick-up and sense the errand was suppose to be quick, he didn’t lock up his bright orange bike because he thought it would just slow him down. Instead, he used a fake lock as a decoy. New York Criminal Lawyers indicate that the man has been working as a messenger for 5 years and that the turnaround time for this kind of job is about thirty seconds.

This man, in particular, watched his bike through a large window and was getting agitated when the packages was finally handed over. And in the flash, the bike was gone. He initially thought that someone was just joking with him and he looked around for his bike thinking that he would hear the sound of his peers laughing as his bike was returned.

New York Criminal Lawyers report that as spring rings in the warm weather, the bikes come out but so do the thieves. And, police have even been watching a few shops that regularly buy stolen bikes. But this messenger losing his bike is just a sign that the thieves are still in action.

Lil Wayne is a popular rapper but for now, he has made his final appearance. And, this was not a performance by the rapper for fans. His fans and photographers did follow him into the courthouse. He reportedly caused quite a scene as he exited his automobile with his hood pulled over his head. Manhattan Criminal Lawyers report that Lil Wayne was rushed past the security line and he stepped through the metal detector, which should have been carried out with little fanfare.

However, because Lil Wayne is a celebrity and was appearing in court to plead guilty to attempted possession of a weapon that was found on his tour bus in 2007, normal procedures were altered. A Manhattan Criminal Lawyer reports that Lil Wayne plead guilty in exchange for a one-year sentence. This was the third time that his case was to appear before a judge. The first time a judge postponed the hearing so that Lil Wayne could receive dental care and the second time a fire in the courthouse caused the case to be rescheduled.

New York Criminal Lawyers report that the judge had to postpone the beginning of the hearing because people were entering the room and then apparently asked Lil Wayne if he had anything to say but was given a simple headshake answering the judge.

Text messaging has quickly become one of the largest forms of communication in recent years. And, one Brooklyn man, enraged over his girlfriend’s actions sent her a text message telling her that he was going to kill her. It seems she left a party that the two were attending and didn’t bother telling him. And, so he sent her message threatening her life. A Bronx Criminal Lawyer may be called in to help iron out the details of the situation.

The victim is a 25-year-old mother of two. She was found beaten and strangled not long after her married lover followed her home. The babysitter, the mother of the victim, said he knocked on the door and she opened it. She noted that at the time, nothing seemed wrong so she allowed the man to come inside just before 2:00 AM. Once she started hearing noises, she begged a neighbor to call 911.

The victim’s mother said she went into the room after the man calmly walked away from the apartment with blood on his mouth after biting the woman. A Bronx Criminal Lawyer says the suspect is married to a woman who lives two floors above the victim and her family and was snorting cocaine and discussing the murder with relatives afterwards. One of his cousins’s asked him why he would do such a thing and his answer was a pathetic “she should have never left” (the party).
